About Me

I am a communicator and content writer.

I’m a volunteer content developer for a nonprofit that works internationally, a marketing and communications volunteer for a local hospital, a health informatics master’s graduate, an experienced healthcare worker, and a former writer for a national healthcare publisher now pivoting into healthcare communications. 

I’m skilled and experienced in healthcare, data analysis, writing, editing, interviewing, and translating complex information into clear, impactful narratives.

I’m passionate about leveraging strategic messaging and communication skills to advance patient health outcomes.

I’m proficient in digital content creation, mission-driven storytelling, and stakeholder communication.

Current Work

I’m currently working as a volunteer content developer for Statistics Without Borders, a volunteer outreach group of the American Statistical Association that provides pro bono statistical and data science services to organizations throughout the world that are outside of the for-profit sector and have limited access to such resources.

I’m also working as a marketing and communications volunteer for Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, located in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

For Statistics Without Borders, I create LinkedIn posts and blog posts on Medium, interview volunteers and clients, and create content that highlights project outcomes and organizational impact.

For Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, I write press releases to promote hospital-sponsored health fairs and educational events, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate patient engagement campaigns, create truDigital slides in Canva for hospital patient education campaigns, and write and design hospital campaign flyers that are distributed at local events.
